The University of Arizona–Banner Health seeks to empower researchers and accelerate projects that use the All of Us Researcher Workbench by providing research project support services to aid in completion and dissemination of research. Any registered researcher is eligible for up to 15 hours of support at no cost.
Biomedical Informatics Core personnel have experience in Researcher Workbench–specific analytical approaches for electronic health record data, physical measurements, participant survey responses, and genomic data. The team also has proficiency in R, Python, C, Rust, Perl, Elm, SQL, and Unix (bash/dsub) and with tools, such as Hail, SAMtools, VCFtools, bcftools, SHAPEIT, and PLINK (using Hail and VCF inputs).
