The summit supports researchers interested in using the All of Us Researcher Workbench. It aims to support the growth of the biomedical research workforce by engaging early-stage investigators, postdoctoral candidates, and trainees. Summit attendees form multidisciplinary teams that work on a collaborative project using the Researcher Workbench. Teams benefit from the following:
- Professional development sessions on career guidance, mentoring, and responsible conduct of research
- Data science training on the Researcher Workbench
- Networking and mentorship opportunities
All summit attendees are automatically accepted into the All of Us Biomedical Researcher Scholars Program, a year-long program that offers:
- Computational skill building
- Networking opportunities
- Opportunities to apply for grant funding
- Comprehensive Researcher Workbench training
Baylor College of Medicine leads the Biomedical Researcher Faculty Summit in collaboration with the Division of Engagement and Outreach.
